Appoint and manage retailers and distributors in the assigned area
Drive primary and secondary sales targets
Ensure product availability, visibility, and placement at outlets
Conduct regular market visits and outlet coverage
Collect orders, follow up on payments, and manage basic collections
Share daily/weekly sales reports and market feedback
Support brand promotions, sampling, and new product launches
Minimum 1–3 years experience in FMCG sales (GT experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of local market
Good communication and negotiation skills
Two-wheeler mandatory
Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined
